makebootfat software package provides Utility to create a bootable FAT filesystem, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install makebootfat
makebootfat is installed in your system.
Make ensure the makebootfat package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep makebootfat *
You will get with makebootfat package name, version, architecture and description in a table
